These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.monopatiaresort.com, as well as reservations, accommodation, experiences, restaurant services and other services offered by Monopatia Mountain Resort.

By using our website, making a reservation, submitting an enquiry, subscribing to our newsletter or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Website use

The website is provided for information, communication and reservation purposes.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, copy, damage, interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or its content.

All website content, including text, images, design, graphics, logos and branding, belongs to Monopatia Mountain Resort or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

2. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, descriptions, images, facilities, services, menus, prices, opening dates and availability may change.

Images are indicative and may not represent every room, view, layout or feature within a category.

Facilities, services, restaurant operations, lounges, wellness services and experiences may be subject to seasonality, availability, maintenance, weather conditions, staffing or third-party partner availability.


3. Reservations

Reservations may be made through our website, booking engine, email, telephone or other authorised channels.

A reservation is confirmed only when the guest receives an official booking confirmation and any required deposit, guarantee or prepayment has been completed.

The guest is responsible for checking all reservation details, including dates, room category, number of guests, rate, cancellation terms, payment terms and special requests.

Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Monopatia Mountain Resort.

4. Rates, taxes and payment

Rates are quoted in euros unless otherwise stated.

Rates may vary depending on season, availability, demand, room category, number of guests, rate plan, package, offer or booking channel.

Unless otherwise stated, rates may exclude taxes, government charges, climate-related fees, municipal charges, optional services, transfers, experiences, meals, drinks, minibar, laundry, private events or other extras.

Payment terms depend on the selected rate, booking channel and reservation conditions. Monopatia Mountain Resort may request a credit card guarantee, deposit, partial prepayment or full prepayment.

If payment is not completed when required, Monopatia Mountain Resort may cancel the reservation or release the room without liability.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, refund, no-show and early departure conditions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the specific terms shown during booking or included in the reservation confirmation.

If a specific written booking confirmation includes different cancellation or refund terms, those specific terms shall apply, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Hotel and guest rules

All guests must comply with the resort’s Hotel Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

The Hotel / Guest Policy includes, among other matters:

* check-in and check-out rules
* identification requirements
* maximum occupancy
* children and additional guests
* pet policy
* smoking policy
* fireplace use
* quiet hours and guest conduct
* damages and excessive cleaning
* housekeeping and laundry
* minibar and breakfast
* restaurant and lounge services
* experiences and outdoor activities
* accessibility
* parking and access
* visitors
* photography, commercial use and drone use
* lost and found
* health and safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party, including children, visitors and accompanying persons, comply with the Hotel Policy.

7. Guest responsibility

Guests are expected to use rooms, suites, villas, common areas, facilities and services responsibly and respectfully.

Guests may be charged for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, misuse of facilities, unauthorised smoking, unsafe fireplace use, pet-related damage or any breach of the Hotel Policy.

Monopatia Mountain Resort reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, charge applicable fees or request a guest to leave if the guest breaches these Terms & Conditions or the Hotel Policy.


8. Experiences and third-party services

Experiences, outdoor activities, transfers, tours, wellness services, private arrangements or other services may be provided directly by Monopatia Mountain Resort or through selected third-party partners.

Such services may be subject to availability, seasonality, weather conditions, safety requirements, minimum participation and partner confirmation.

Third-party providers may apply their own terms, conditions, safety rules and cancellation policies.

9. Third-party platforms and links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including booking platforms, payment providers, social media platforms, maps, newsletter providers or experience partners.

Monopatia Mountain Resort is not responsible for the content, availability, terms, privacy practices or cookies of third-party websites or services.

Monopatia Mountain Resort is not responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, public health measures, government restrictions, power outages, supplier failure, transport disruption or other force majeure events.

In such cases, the resort may offer a date change, credit, refund or alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances, availability, applicable law and the relevant booking terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

Monopatia Mountain Resort may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

By continuing to use the website or services after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions, reservations or services shall be subject to the competent courts of Greece, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
